This development consists of two buildings: Building 13 (residential) and the New Administration Building. The project is located on Xhafer Shala Street, near Muharrem Fejza Street, in the Mati 1 neighborhood of Prishtina.

The buildings enjoy easy access to the roundabout that connects Street C and Street E, providing fast connections to other parts of the city. The designated project site covers 2,000 m², of which 601.5 m² are dedicated to green spaces. The total above-ground and underground construction area will amount to 5,685.8 m².

With a unique volume wrapped entirely in glass, the building maximizes natural light and views, creating a spacious visual effect. Alongside glass, another key element is the ventilated façade with panels, one of the most widely used applications in modern architecture.
