Emertimi I objektit shume banesor dhe casjes ne banesa behet nepermjet koridorit qendor kurse komunikimi vertical kryesisht behet perms ashensoreve. Secili seksion do te permbaje nga dy ashensore. Shkallet perveq qe sherbejne si komunikim, gjithashtu jane te planifikuara edhe si shkalle kunder zjarrit. Ne kuader te tyre parashihet edhe ventillimi, perparsi tjeter eshte qe kane ndriqmi natyral, gjithashtu jane te paisura me ndriqim panic per raste kur nuk kemi enegji eletrike. Materializmi I shkalleve eshte si vijojne: shkeleset, balloret dhe pushimoret jane prej gurit te granitit, muret beton-arne te cilat finalizohen me llaq, gled dhe ngjyre. Dyert me ane te cila qasemi ne fuzimin e shkalleve jane zjarre duruese deri ne 120 minuta. Dyshemeja e koridoreve te perbashketa do te jete nga keramika, gjersa muret do te jene te suvatuar dhe te finalizuar me gled dhe ngjyre, gjithashtu koridoret do kene edhe ventilimin e veqante.
Perdhesa do permbaje nje banese 4 dhomshe dhe nje banese 3 dhomshe. Kati I 1 deri ne katin e 6-te permbajne banesa 2 dhomshe, 3 dhomshe, dhe 4 dhomshe. Gjithashtu edhe kati I 7-te do te kete 3 dhomshe , dhe 4 dhomshe. Orinetimi I banesave eshte kryesisht jug, perendim dhe lindje. Ndarja e banesave ne mes vete eshte me mure shumeshtresore dhe ate 12 cm bllok gjysem giter nga argjila, 10 cm izolim lesh guri dhe 12 cm bllok gjysem giter nga argjila ne menyre qe te kemi nje izolim me te mire akustik.
Qendrimi ditor dhe trapezaria- Dyshemeja eshte nga parketi I bungut. Lartesia e paster neto eshte 265 cm.
Kuzhina- Dyshmeja eshte prej pllakave te keramikes, ndersa muret dhe plafoni do te suvatohen dhe do finalizohen me gled dhe ngjyre.
Dhoma e fjetjes- Dyshemeja eshte nga parketi i bungut ,ndersa muret dhe plafoni do te suvatohen dhe do finalizohen me gled dhe ngjyre..
Banjot dhe WC- Muret dhe dyshemeja jane prej pllakave te keramikes ndersa plafoni do te suvatohet dhe do te finalizohet me fasasd.
Depot- Dyshemeja eshte prej pllakave te keramikes ndersa plafoni dhe muret do te suvatohen dhe do te finalizohen me gled dhe me ngjyre.
Ballkonet- Dyshemeja eshte prej pllakave te keramikes ndersa rrethojat jane prej profileve te metalit te ngjyrosura me minium dhe ngjyre per mbrojtje nga korizioni.
Terasat- Terasat jane kryesisht te finalizuara me pllaka klinker dhe pjeserisht jane edhe si gjelbrim izolimi shume shtresor duke filluar me reren per ramje 0-5 cm folie stiropor I presuar.
