Perdhesa do permbaje nje banese 4 dhomshe dhe nje banese 3 dhomshe. Kati I 1 deri ne katin e 6-te permbajne banesa 2 dhomshe, 3 dhomshe, dhe 4 dhomshe. Gjithashtu edhe kati I 7-te do te kete 3 dhomshe , dhe 4 dhomshe. Orinetimi I banesave eshte kryesisht jug, perendim dhe lindje. Ndarja e banesave ne mes vete eshte me mure shumeshtresore dhe ate 12 cm bllok gjysem giter nga argjila, 10 cm izolim lesh guri dhe 12 cm bllok gjysem giter nga argjila ne menyre qe te kemi nje izolim me te mire akustik.
Qendrimi ditor dhe trapezaria- Dyshemeja eshte nga parketi I bungut. Lartesia e paster neto eshte 265 cm.
Kuzhina- Dyshmeja eshte prej pllakave te keramikes, ndersa muret dhe plafoni do te suvatohen dhe do finalizohen me gled dhe ngjyre.
