Projekti me I ri nga Investitori Art Construction LLC do te realizohet ne lagjen Mati-1, ne Prishtine, ne bllokun urbanistik C9. Ky projekt pritet te krijoje kushte te favorshme per zhvillimin dhe rentabilitetin e ndertimit ne teresi sipas kushteve te cilat I lejon plani rregullues. E gjithe lagjia do te jete e urbanizuar perms formimit te blloqeve me destinim banimi, afarizem dhe gjithashtu do te perkufizohet me rruget interne te kompleksit. Projekti I ri 04 mundeson rritjen e distances nga rruga, do te mundsoje gjithashtu formesimin e pllatove dhe nje qarkullim me te sigurte per kembesoret.
Kompleksi afarist banesor përbëhet prej 2 seksioneve, të cilat në tërësi me anë të lidhshmërisë urbane që kanë formojnë strukturë unike të objekteve, ku secili objekt ka identitetin e vet, por edhe të gjitha objektet së bashku janë strukturë në vete. Objektet kanë një arkitekturë bashkëkohore me një shprehje të veçantë arkitektonike.
Ky bllok do te permbaje: Apartamente banimi si dhe lokale afariste. Ne kuader te rregullimit te jashtem jane te perpunuara te gjitha siperfaqet e gjelberta, hapsira per lojrat e femijeve, ambiente relaxi etj.
Pllakezimi I siperfaqeve do te behet me elemente te gres-porcellanit qe do te reprezentoj nivelin e Investitorit dhe kualitetin e objetktit. Keto siperfaqe do te pasurohen dhe me gjelbrim derkorativ.
