Ashensorët do të jenë të prodhuesve të njohur botëror, si: OTIS, Schindler, Thysen Krup Kleman etj., të cilët i plotësojnë të gjitha EU normat. Finalizimi i tyre ( enterieri ) do të jetë HD (Heavy Duty), sipas EU normave.
Dritaret do të jenë nga plastika të prodhuesve të njohur botëror, si: Rehau Geneo, Inoutic etj., të cilët i plotësojnë të gjitha EU normat. Xhamat do te jene 3 shtresor, gje qe perpos ndikon ne izolim termik, ndikon edhe ne izolimin aukustik.
Fasada do perfshije te gjitha muret e jashtme janë me trashësi 25 cm. me blloka, ku pastaj do të vendoset izolimi termik 5 cm., 3 cm. hapësirë ajrore që shërben edhe për ventilimin e fasadës, si dhe tulla e fasadës me trashësi 12 cm. Por, pjesërisht kemi edhe mure të jashtme të cilat do të izolohen me stiropor 10cm te presuar N4 dhe do të finalizohen me fasadë plastike .
Muret do të suvatohen fillimisht ne dy shtresa dhe pastaj do të finalizohen me glet dhe ngjyrë (ngjyra do të jetë tërësisht e bardhë). Muret ndarëse do të jenë në atë mënyrë që të pamundësohet kalimi i zërit nga një banesë në tjetrën, do të jenë kompozite dhe atë 2 x mure 10 cm. nga sillka, si dhe në mes 10 cm. lesh qelqi, muret e shkallëve kundër zjarrit janë kryesisht nga betoni i armuar.
Izolimet do të bëhen si vijon: duke filluar nga themelet të cilat do të bëhen me kondor 4 mm., pastaj banjot të cilat do të bëhen me izolim special Cozmofin 1.8 mm. si dhe kulmet e rrafshëta të cilat do të jenë të izoluara me stirodur dhe hidroizolim.
