PERSHKRIMI I PROJEKTIT
Objekti me I ri 04 nga investitori ART Construction do te ndertohet ne 10 nivele: Bodrumi, Sutereni, Perdhesa, dhe 7 Kate. Bodrumi ka 2.7 m lartesi, Sutereni ka 2.7 m lartesi, Perdhesa ka 3.6 m lartesi , dhe katet e banimit kane 2.9 m lartesi.
Garazhet – Dyshemeja e garazhave do jete fer beton e cila do te punohet pas kryerjes se puneve finale me beton posaqerishtte pergaditur me fraksion me te imet me trashesi te betonit min 7 cm e armuar me rrjet 8mm/ per cdo 15 cm.
Muret- Do te sovatohen me llaq cimentoje qe perfitohet nga rera dhe cimentoja e bardhe.
Derat e Garazhes - Jane roller nga panelet e aluminit, te cilat komandohen per hapje nga ana e jashtme nepermjet nje paneli metalikme lartesi 120cm e vendosur nga ana e majte e pozites se vetures para hyrjes ne garazh.
Depot - Jane te ndara ne mes vete me blloka te Siporexit apo te argjiles ,ndersa muret finalizohen me suvatim. Dyert jane nga metali I pa mbrojtje termike.
Lokalet Afariste - Ne perdhese gjenden 6 lokale afariste qe jane te ndara ne mes vete me blloqe prej argjiles te cilat do finalizohen me gled dhe ngjyre, ndersa muret e jashtme do te jene prej alumilit te eloksuar me mbrojtje termike. Dyshemeja eshte prej keramikes ku si shtresa paraprake kemi Estrik Betonin, foljen dhe stiropor I presuar N4 me trashesi 4cm.
Hapsira per shume qellime - Jane gjithsej dy hapsira dhe jane vendosur ne kuader te perdheses. Qasja e ketyre e hapsirave do te behet deriket nga koridori qendror. Keto hapsira kane siperfaqe 57.88m2 dhe 54.85m2. Gjithashtu do shfrytzohen per nevojat e perbashkta te banorve, mbledhje te ndryshme etj. Menyra e rregullimit te tyre eshte e njejte me menyren e rregullimit te lokaleve.
